Session Registration Instructions

Follow the below instructions to sign up for or edit your LBX sessions.

1. Click this link to go to our attendee account center:
https://lightburnsoftware.account.webconnex.com

2. Click Claim My Account.

3. Enter the email address you used to register for LBX. Note: this is the billing email address associated with your purchase.

4. Click Send Me The Link. You'll receive an email from the account center shortly after.

5. Click the link in the email, and create a password for your account.

6. Once you're logged in, click Tickets in the top bar. Note: if you are on a mobile device, tap in the blank space directly above where it says Your personal information that is on file to reveal the menu containing the Tickets option.

7. To the right of the ticket named LBX 2025, click View Details.

8. Click Edit. Note: click the pencil icon if you are on a mobile device.

9. Scroll down past the ticket information (you will not be able to edit pre-existing ticket information), where you'll see a list of time slots and sessions.

10. There are three available sessions in each time slot, along with a fourth option, No Session.

11. Click Attend This Session to register for an individual session within a time slot.

12. When you've selected a session in a time slot, the other sessions in that slot will no longer be selectable. To change your selection, click Remove beneath the currently chosen session, then select a different one.

13. You must select one session in each time slot. Note: you will not be able to save your selections until you have selected a session for each slot — select No Session if you do not wish to attend a session in a given slot.

14. If you purchased two tickets together, you will see the list of time slots and sessions repeat, with the words TICKET TWO added to the front of the time slot. You must also select sessions for the second ticket holder — you are free to select the same or different sessions as the first ticket holder.

15. When you're finished, click Save.

16. At the top, click Resend Email to have your confirmation email, including session selections, sent to your email address. Click View Receipt to see your selections presented on the purchase confirmation page.

17. You may update your selections at any time later by logging back into the attendee portal.
