How long to I have to register? Early Bird registration closes on October 1st, 2024. After the close of Early Bird registration, tickets will be available at full price. Full price registration closes June 1st, 2025, or when we reach capacity — whichever comes first.
I’m flying to LBX - what airport should I fly into? The metro area is served by three major airports, John F.Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA).
Why New York City? Do you have any plans for an event in my city or country? With a user base spread across every continent on Earth — Antarctica excepted! — selecting a location that’s convenient to all is an unattainable goal. As a major transportation hub in the Northeastern United States, New York City is accessible to a wide swath of our North American users, and easier for our Europeans users to reach, as well.
Why does LBX cost so little compared to other in-person cons? LBX exists to thank our users and grow our community, not as a money making venture. We know the cost to our attendees in lodging and travel can be considerable, so we price tickets below our operating costs.
Can I cancel my ticket if I’m sick and can’t attend? Yes! We want to share knowledge at LBX, not germs. If you’re not feeling well and can’t make it, contact us at support@lightburnsoftware.com up until the morning of the first day (July 19th, 2025), and we will refund your ticket. If you’re worried you may need to cancel for any other reason, you can purchase ticket protection at checkout, for a small additional fee. Ticket protection will guarantee your ability to refund the cost of your ticket, up to the first day of the event.
Will Virtual Tickets be available? Sorry, no. However, after LBX we’ll offer access to all LBX 2025 video recordings by subscription. Click here to purchase a one-year subscription for access to all LBX 2023 videos. As always, video access is free to in-person attendees.
Will there be food? There will be concessions available for purchase at the event itself. The event space is in the heart of Manhattan, so there is endless variety — a Paradox of Food Choices all within walking distance and beyond.
